Bloodsport LogoPlano Synergy Outdoors, a leading manufacturer of hunting, fishing and other outdoor related products announces its recent purchase of BloodSport. BloodSport manufactures high-performance arrows, shafts and accessories popular with both hunting and target shooters who prefer shooting match-quality arrows built with the highest-grade components.

This acquisition of BloodSport demonstrates our commitment to the archery industry, while at the same time complimenting other existing Plano Synergy products and categories. Tom Hurt, CEO at Plano Synergy comments, ” BloodSport is an energetic brand with strong momentum in a category
that has lacked overall excitement. Their relentless focus on product innovation and quality aligns squarely with our core business philosophy.” With innovations like FlyStraight Technology and Rugged Wrap Construction, their arrows ensure incredible flight accuracy and toughness not found in other 100% carbon shaft arrow products. “With BloodSport now under the Plano Synergy
umbrella, the future of the brand looks brighter than ever,” says Hurt.

“Plano Synergy’s reputation within the industry, and demonstrated ability to grow brands to dominate their respective categories, leads me to believe that they are the right people to develop BloodSport into the market leader of high quality carbon arrows.” “At BloodSport we are committed to building the most accurate arrows in the world. All of our arrows are hand sorted and great care is taken to ensure that all of our components are matched perfectly with each shaft. We make sure you can consistently pull BloodSport arrows out of the box and aim with
confidence. Once you shoot our arrows we think you will agree that the extra effort is worth it. We are excited about this new relationship, and look forward to being a part of the Plano Synergy family.” says Larry Kendall, President of BloodSport
