Hunting Hack: Built-in Deer Handle [Video]

Looking for a better way to drag your deer out of the woods, or further down the trail? We’ve got you covered. Sure, store-bought deer handles, straps and drags are great. But in a pinch, there is a better – and much easier – way to drag a deer out than simply grabbing it by the leg.

The built-in deer handle on a whitetail will make the drag out a much simpler task.

Here’s a hunting hack with a quick look at how to tap in to the built-in deer handle on a whitetail deer…

If you don’t already use this method, give it a try on the next deer you kill. Using the built-in deer handle will be a much easier drag out, I’ promise.

We want to hear from you. Comment below and let us know any tips, tricks or hacks you use in the whitetail woods.

Have a great season – stay safe.

Good if you don’t mind dragging some fur off the deer hide, by dragging it backwards. You and your bud with your drag ropes, attached to your drag harness around the deer’s neck, works better. Less strain on shoulder and lower back, – if you have to drag far. I’m just saying.
