As men, we’re called to lead. And that’s a really tough thing in today’s world. With crazy schedules and the busyness of life, the best things in life often get put on the back burner.
Whether you like it or not…you are a leader for the young people in your life.
They watch you…they listen to you…they will act like you…and they will follow you.
You are a leading them. The question is, where will it take them?

You have me hooked! I have a passion for reaching and discipling men in our community and so when I saw this article I was intrigued. I couldn’t agree more; Men need to lead. I will say this though, I was hoping for a little bit more articulation as to what ways we need to be leading. I won’t shy away from saying that first and foremost Men need to be leading their families spiritually (and for me and my house that’s in a closer relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ). Would love to see this article expanded more.

Thanks for taking the time to check in with the blog, John. I couldn’t agree more. Spiritual leadership…and the lack of…is exactly what makes or breaks our country and families. I love what Dobson said some time ago…”If there’s ever gonna be a change in America, it’s gonna be because dads starting spending more time with their kids.”
This blog post was really a quick teaser to get guys thinking. Thanks for your feedback.
