The crew at Montana Decoy knows how to deliver realistic decoys in a compact package that hunters can easily tote to the woods. They’ve been doing it for years with deer, elk, antelope, turkeys and more. However, for 2021, the team has delivered a new decoy that is quickly proving to be their most effective whitetail deer decoy yet.

Meet the all-new Trixie whitetail doe decoy.

Check out the all-new Trixie whitetail decoy from Montana Decoy.

The Trixie decoy was tested from Montana to South Carolina this past year, and it proved to be incredibly deadly on whitetail deer for the Montana Decoy team. The company says the decoy presents a few new ingredients that make it one of the most realistic decoys on the market.

What are these ingredients?

The secret ingredients are higher-detailed printing and a unique calming pose that works on both bucks and does.

“We have all been amazed with the performance of this decoy in the field,” says Montana Decoy Founder, Jerry McPherson. “I personally have had some of my best-ever whitetail hunts here in Montana using Trixie.”

As mentioned, the decoy features some new innovation and printing techniques, but you’ll also find the same lightweight design, ease of portability, and superb realism that Montana Decoys are known for across their product line.

The twist-fold design and jointed leg poles make this a decoy you can break down, fold up, and pack in and out like no other decoy on the market. It easily packs into your day pack, or large pocket.

As mentioned  in the video above, the Trixie decoy features two of Montana Decoy’s popular Teaser Tails for added motion and extra realism. The tails attach with magnets, so a hunter can apply scent and then replace with a fresh tail as the season changes or progresses. There’s lots of versatility built into this new decoy.

The Montana Decoy crew says Trixie will start showing up in stores in late spring of 2021 with a price tag of $109.99.
