The Griffin Vane, by Bohning Archery, is a 1″ vane designed for recurve target archer’s. It’s more durable, easier to fletch, and has better performance than the leading 2″ mylar vanes. The twisted ribbon design was made to induce spin and stability into the arrow, without needing the larger surface area on the sides that typically catch crosswind. Each 40 pack of vanes comes with 2 clamp adapters that allow the vane to sit in any style clamping fletching jig. You can use tape, or glue to keep them in place, and they should be set on straight with no helical offset.
