Pork Teriyaki

A great CanCooker recipe for Pork Teriyaki

Ingredients:

  • 1 Teriyaki Marinated Pork Tenderloin (cut pork into 4 pieces)
  • 2 Bags of Success Rice
  • 1 Large Head of Broccoli chopped
  • 1 Large Onion quartered

Sauce Ingredients (mix in bowl)

  • 6 oz. Soy Sauce
  • 6 oz. Cooking Sherry
  • 6-7 Finely chopped spring onions
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper

Servings: 6

Directions:

Spray can cooker with PAM. Combine mixed Sauce Ingredients into cooker. Add bags of Rice, put racks on top of bags of Rice. Add Broccoli, Onion & Pork Pieces.

Cover and lock lid. Put on medium/low heat and once it starts steaming cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Carefully remove food and serve.
