The 2011 ATA Show in Indianapolis, Indiana officially kicked off this afternoon with the Outtech Innovations Party.  The ATA Show is one of the biggest and most inclusive hunting shows of the year and it really couldn’t come at a better time, as several of the hunters and manufacturers I ran into were still in full fledge hunting mode.  It was cool to be able to chat with many of the hunter’s and here about the failures and success of their 2010 season.  The Outttech Innovations Party was well attended and well organized and I can’t wait to get a closer look at some of the cool new products tomorrow when the actual ATA show begins.

Scent Blocker was one of the companies in attendance for the Outtech Innovations Party.  For 2011 Scent Blocker is is proud to show case their new safety harness, the Tree Spider.

Wildgame Innovations was also in attendance exhibiting some of their new nutritional attractants and supplements.

Many of the hunting industry’s biggest hunting celebrities and manufacturers were in attendance to socialize and enjoy a little country music from Rhett Atkins.  While Rhett was certainly a worthy performer and put on a quite a performance, Michael Waddell’s son, Mason, actually stole the show as he covered a couple rock n’ roll songs by Guns N’ Roses (my favorite band) and AC/DC.  This little kid can sing!  Many manufacturers had small booths set up and were advertising some of the products they will be showcasing this year.  Kind of a sneak peak at what’s to be released tomorrow when the actual show begins and you can bet I will be with there with camera in hand to take photos and upload new information almost as quickly as I find it.

The star of the show, Mason Waddell with his dad, Michael to his right and Rhett Atkins to his left.  Mason rocked the crowd by singing some classic rock and roll songs!

If you are looking for constant updates and new product information from the 2011 ATA show, keep bowhunting.com fresh in your web browser tomorrow because you don’t want to miss a thing!
