Why is it harder to pull a bow from a sitting position. I know your bow weight should be no more than what you can pull while sitting but it’s all upper body

While the act of pulling the bow back is primarily in your upper body, you use your legs for stability. When sitting down you need to use more of your core muscles for that, and if you’re like me, you probably skip situp day at the gym. ~Justin
