When I am aiming with a multiple pin sight, should I put the desired pin in the center of my peep sight or should I center the bow sight in the peep sight than after aim with the designated pin?

This is all personal preference. So long as you do it the same way every time, you'll be fine. Personally speaking, I like to center the pin housing in the peep and then select the pin that I'm aiming with.
