What are my options for adding some weight to the front of C/X Maxima Reds? Something that would screw into the back of the insert would be ideal. Thanks for your help, Matt.

I used to shoot Maxima REDs and used the Gold Tip FACT weights on the back of the inserts without an issue. Just make sure you order the tool to install and remove them after your inserts are glued in place. It's basically a really long allen key.
