So i have a Vertix and the integrated rest and it has been shooting well. I killed two deer and then on the third the arrow flew 5 feet in front of the deer. And again a hour later did the same thing in a doe. I climbed down and shot at a target and discover the lock but was loose and the left/right arrow holder adjustment was moved . Got it straightened out and tightened it down. Next morning deer at 24 yards and the arrow did it again. I am at a loss. Seems like it only happens when shooting at a angle. Slick truck mag broadheads. Thoughts?

It's hard to say what happened without seeing the bow - but it certainly seems like something moved. It's hard to be that far off without an equipment issue.
