My question is how do you carry your run and gun setups and all your camera gear? I’ve been trying to figure best way to attach my backpack to the stand I’m carrying in. Any suggestions?

The best method I've found is it lay our sticks down flat on the back of your stand, strap them down good and tight, and then put your backpack on top of that. I usually put the shoulder straps of my pack on top of the "teeth" part of the stand that I'm carrying in. Sometimes I will use a couple of bungee cords to hold it all together so it's not bouncing around. It can be a pain and it's heavy, but it gets the job done.
