I am curious to know what your opinion is on what is the quietest bow on the market right now and in the past.

That would be difficult to measure without getting every bow from every manufacturer, shooting the same arrow setup out of them, and using a device to measure the sound output. What I can say is that almost all modern bows are plenty quiet! If you want to make them quieter, try shooting a heavier arrow that absorbs more energy, and look into sound dampeners for your string and cables.
