Does left or right helical matter in regards to being a left or right handed shooter?

No, it doesn't matter which hand you are shooting with. Most professional archers will shoot a bare shaft to see which way the arrow wants to spin off the string, and they'll fletch the arrows to match that. That should work for most bowhunters as well, unless you are shooting a fixed-blade broadhead that has angled or offset blades. In that case, you should fletch your arrows to match the direction that your broadheads are angled.
