Can you fletch a crossbow bolt with the same wraps, vanes, & jig as you fletch your arrows? I am using AAE vanes and a 3 Deg Helix Bohning Jig. If not please advise if you can.

Yes you can use the same wraps and vanes, provided the vanes aren't too tall for the bow you're shooting.  The jig is another story.  Crossbow arrows are typically fletched either straight or with a very slight offset so that they don't interfere and hit the rail when you shoot.  I would be hesitant to fletch crossbow arrows with any sort of helical on them.  When in doubt, contact the crossbow manufacturer and they will point you in the right direction.  (horrible pun intended).
