Shoot coyote any size adult or young or puppy clean up throw trash !

Depends how close they are to my house and animals.

For those of you who say you couldn't.....it's probably because your regions don't have the numbers like I do here in Arizona. Here, those pesky varmints have now migrated into the city feeding off anything they can find .... including an astonishing number of pets ! We also have a large number of mountain lion and bobcats now migrating into the city as well.

Yup yup every time...they kill too many fawns in our area.

I would probably stick to the adult coyote that are at least a year or two old. I feel my pets have a fighting chance against a newborn coyote. My neighbor did loose her cat to a young coyote though. You definitely do not want the pack to grow.

I couldn't shoot a pup... as a matter of fact I watched one from my deer stand playing around with its litter mate and eating the seeds off an evergreen for about 2 hours. It was pretty cool.

I was canoeing the skunk river a tributary of the Mississippi and came within 3 feet of some coyote kits. They just looked at me then momma walked over and they waddled off

I dont see them but once in a while. So I leave them alone. At my place.

Do you eat them? If not, it's not hunting. I've been hunting most of my life and see no reason to kill a coyote with out a damn good reason. Nobody is wearing coyote fur coats. I know the argument from ranchers and farmers that the coyote kills livestock, well maybe you need to add a few more donkeys to your herd and don't free range your chickens. Nature needs it's predators. Look at how Yellowstone's ecology has been fixed since the re-introduction of wolves. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a tree hugging liberal vegan pansy. If I catch a predator in the coop or pasture....PEW PEW PEW. But I'm just not going out of my way to kill the animal because it is doing what God created it to do. Here is a video of my fox at my homestead. I leave them alone because they eat the vermin.
