Hello! My name is Laura Alvarez; avid hunter, fisherman, outdoors enthusiast and part time amature chef. My whole life I have had a passion for the outdoors, and after marrying my husband, Jordan, in 2019, collectively we decided to avoid store bought meat and live strictly off of the wild game we have harvested. That being said, eating wild game is not abnormal for me now, but that was not always the case. Having grown up in a family with no hunters, eating wild game was quite foreign to me until I started hunting in high school. I am still learning new things everyday when it comes to cooking and preparing wild game.
