OnX maps is a great one buy your state, use it for scouting, tracking, marking rubs or sign and track your walking for blood trails all while observing your area. Great company and great product.

My wife and I have a 20 month old son at home and I’ve recently taken a new job. As a result, my hunting time has vaporized. I think it is really cool to see the day to day grind of a hunting season, and putting more episodes out that detail that experience makes hunting feel a little closer to home. Justin, watching you and your son hunt reminds me of the light at the end of this baby tunnel. You guys put out the best material I’ve found and I’m looking forward to watching your season progress. Good luck this season and thank-you.

Tough deal on the doe. Bow shooting deer is a sport of less than inches. What may appear as a killing shot could in fact be a no die shot. What may look like a lot of blood probably is not much of the total volume of blood in a deer. If at least one lung and the heart are working the deer can live and keep moving for a long time. If rain is coming most blood trails will be washed away so going after the deer immediately before the rain is probably the only logical option available.
