A great CanCooker recipe for Ginger Tuna Steaks…
- 2 lbs. of Tuna Steak
- 4 oz. Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 4 oz. Sherry
- 8 oz. Water
- 6-7 Finely chopped spring onions
- 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Spray can cooker with PAM. Combine all sauce ingredients in cooker. Place racks in cooker. Add tuna steaks. Sprinkle tuna with ginger and CanCooker Garlic Butter seasoning. Cover and lock lid.
Once cooker begins steaming, steam for approximately 6 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Remove tuna and serve with additional sauce on top.
