Cabbage/Potatoes Side Dish

A great CanCooker recipe for Cabbage/Potatoes Side Dish


  • 1 Head of Cabbage cut into several pieces
  • 1 lb of Red Skin Potatoes quartered
  • 12 oz of favorite beer
  • ¼  stick of Butter
  • ½ tbs of CanCooker Butter Garlic Salt

Servings: 6


Spray CanCooker with PAM. Insert racks, add cabbage and potatoes pour in beer, sprinkle Butter Garlic Salt on top and add butter. Close and latch lid. Put on low heat and when cooker begins steaming, cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.  Remove and serve the perfect side dish for any meal.
