Mature Illinois Buck Shot - 2008
Sometimes you only get one shot to put a nice buck on the ground, and I had mine on November 3rd. The 2nd buck we spotted this morning was this magnificent mature buck headed down the ridge with a doe. Unfortunately an error in judging yardage sent my arrow flying well over this buck's back and "Dope Ear" lived to see another day!

What a giant body on that buck. They don't grow like that here in Alabama. I'm jealous! Great video clip!

Well Justin it happens and thanks for stepping up and showing it. AS for eric you own a bow i guess just not the camera to show all those 100 yd shots that landed in the same feild as the deer you were hunting but no where close. come on!
