Field Logic IQ Bowsight
The new IQ Bowsight from Field Logic (makers of The Block and Rage broadheads) features a revolutionary Retina Lock technology to help extend your effective range by 20 yards!
Hi, I’m Bo Peterson with Field Logic and IQ B. I’m here at the 2010 ATA uh booth here that we have for the IQ sites. What we’ve got, we’ve got a new site this year, and very excited about it it’s got a couple technologies built into it that offer a lot of advantages that a lot of other bow sights aren’t able to offer. First of which, we’ve got what we are calling the retina lock technology; what the retina lock technology does is it forces me to have consist form, when I draw my bow, if I’m consistent with my form relative to what I was when I set up but I’m gonna see inside here cause I’m gonna see inside this little lens, I’m gonna see a red dot and a black dot. I wanna make, I want to set them to where they’re like a bulls eye, if I have any torch in my bow at all or if I my anchor point move at all I’m not gonna see that bulls eye so what it does is I set up my bow sight, now forces me at weird angles to know that I’m not torching my bow. When I shot my elk this year I had about half a second to draw, make a decision and shot and what I found I drew I was so amped up I had my bow torched horribly so I un-torched my bow let it fly. Now would I have missed my elk, probably not he was fifteen yards away but I may have very well hit a shoulder bone and I didn’t hit the shoulder bone I got my elk so it was well worth it. Now a couple with that we’ve also got what we’re calling the light lock technology; light lock technology or light trap technology, what we have is glow in the dark material behind a filtered lens, the ambient light charges the glow in the dark material then at low light conditions it charges your fibers. On the other hand this filter doesn’t allow light from the glow in the dark material to get out, give your position away to the game animals so we’ve got the retina lock extends your shooting range and the confidence; we’ve got the light lock which extends your shooting time and let’s face it the big bucks come out right near dark right; so with those two technologies and the ease with which we have the adjustments, we’ve got a third axis and even a micro adjust for the fourth axis adjustment you can set it up quickly and easily. So bowhunting.com come back.

Re: Field Logic IQ Bowsight
Why are you still using a peep if the No Peep technology you brought from timberline is in incorporated into the sight?
Re: Field Logic IQ Bowsight
it seems to me that it might be hard to coordinate the pins with retina lock. it seems like you would have to be able to move the pins horizontally to coordinate them with the retina eye.
