The retina lock works well and was easy to adjust. I am not sure if it will stay adjusted during a hunt as there is no way that I see to lock the setting. Perhaps some locktite. The pins are plastic and I am not sure about their durability in the field. Overall I am happy with the product. Retina lock performs as advertised. I robin-hooded an arrow from 20 yards on my first day using this site.
