Uncle Man's Italian Venison Feast

  • 5 to 6 lbs of vension-cut and cubed like stew beef
  • 5 lbs of red potatoes-quartered
  • 6 to 8 ears of corn-cut in half
  • 4 onions-quartered
  • 1 large bag of baby carrots
  • 8 stalks of celery-cut in chunks
  • 2 small bottles of Italian dressing
  • 8 oz of water Lawry’s Seasoning Salt Cajun Injector Cajun Shake


Marinate venison over night with 1 bottle of Italian dressing. Place corn in bottom of cooker. Add potatoes and sprinkle with seasoning salt and cajun shake. Add carrots, onions and celery and sprinkle more seasoning salt and cajun shake. Add venison and other bottle of Italian dressing and water. Sprinkle more seasoning salt and cajun shake. Latch the lid and place on heat source. When CanCooker begins to steam, cook for 45 min. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour into large serving tin. (DELICIOUS!)

NOTE: This recipe becomes (Uncle Man’s Venison Steak Feast) by simply marinating with Dales Steak Seasoning and leaving off the Italian dressing.
