Easton, introduces the FMJ Bowfishing dual-material arrow for the growing sport of bow fishing.

Easton Full Metal Jacket for Bowfishing

Many archers have discovered bow fishing as a way to extend their shooting season and cash tournaments are popping up around the country. The new FMJ is a fiberglass shaft jacketed in Easton’s 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum providing strength and durability. The aluminum works in concert with the fiberglass core to offer archers superior through-water performance and more “pass-throughs” at impact. The AMS Mayhem™ Points with Cyclone® Tips have specialized barbs that lay fat for shooting and expand upon retrieval to a 2.5” total holding span. Made of heat-treated 400 series stainless steel, the spiraled Cyclone® Tips improve penetration and strength.  The locked barbs are quickly released with three rotations of the shaft. The FMJ BOWFISHING arrow is a great choice for most applications and all fish from carp to thick-skinned gar. The FMJ comes equipped with the AMS Safety Slide® System.
