Barnett Crossbows is proud to announce that its new Barnett Ghost 410 Crossbow is the recipient of two prestigious Outdoor Life awards – the Editor’s Choice award for best crossbow and the Great Buy award.

“We are thrilled and humbled to receive these awards,” says David Barnett, owner/designer of Barnett Crossbows. “The Ghost 410’s superior design is a reflection of Barnett’s 50 years of experience building crossbows, and we believe the best is yet to come.”

Outdoor Life is known for its rigorous testing of new gear for the outdoors, and the awards given after testing are some of the hardest-earned in the industry. In order for a product to receive the Editor’s Choice award, that product must score the highest overall in its respective category. For the Great Buy award, a product must represent the best value for the price, or basically the most bang for your buck. The Barnett Ghost 410 received both awards in the crossbow category.

“Outdoor Life’s ratings give you the unbiased and accurate truth on outdoor gear,” said Andrew McKean, Editor of Outdoor Life. “Products are thoroughly tested, and winning items earn the title based exclusively on the hard data and scores. So when we say a particular item is the best, you can take that to the bank.”

Clocking in at speeds of 410 fps, and weighing only 7.3 pounds with a 19 7/8-inch axle-to-axle width, the Ghost 410 was built to be a compact, high-performance game changer. Even though it’s lighter and faster than its predecessor, the Ghost 400, the Ghost 410 is equipped with some of the same impressive features, such as Carbonlite Riser Technology (CRT), which puts the balance point more in the shoulder of the shooter, not toward the riser, and a CROSSWIRE string and cable system and Anti Dry Fire Trigger Safety System, to ensure the shooter has the smoothest, most-reliable shot as possible.

The Ghost 410 package comes with a three-arrow quiver, three 22-inch arrows, the Barnett Talon Crossbow Sling, a cocking device and a premium paper-sighted illuminated scope.
