Memphis, Mich. – G5® Outdoors, the leading manufacturer in premium archery equipment would like to give a big congratulations to Prime Team member, Dave Cousins, for his history making performance in 2013.

One’s dedication to their craft can be measured in many different ways.  If distance travelled to pursue your passion were used, Dave Cousins would clearly be at the head of the pack. Since 1998, Dave has traveled over 2 million miles in the air alone to compete in 20 World Archery (FITA) Championships.

In his travels and professional archery career over the past 15 years, these competitions have awarded him 14 individual medals; 5 gold, 4 silver, and 5 bronze, along with 10 team medals; 9 gold and 1 silver.

Dave joined the Prime Team in 2010. At the World Archery 3D Championships in Sassari, Italy, October 8th – 12th, 2013, with his Prime One in hand, Dave qualified for the individual finals and would go on to win the gold.

With this win, Dave accomplished something no other archer has ever done in the history of the FITA World Archery circuit – winning all major World Archery (FITA) Championships; Outdoor, Indoor, Field, 3D, Outdoor World Cup, Indoor World Cup, and World Games. Dave’s accomplishments are a true testament that success does not come easy. It requires time, effort, and a strong dedication to achieve such results.

Everyone at G5 Outdoors would like to thank Dave for becoming united with the Prime Team and continuing his dedicated journey to this championship and many more to come.
