ALBIA, IA – Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland is pleased to announce the opening of Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland-Albia in Albia, Iowa. The south central Iowa office is the third for Boley Real Estate since teaming up with Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland.

Office principal Nick Boley understands the dynamics of the farm and recreational real estate market in northeast Missouri and his home state of Iowa, as evidenced by his families’ established office in his hometown of Keosauqua, Iowa. For Nick, a Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland office location in Albia is a move that makes sense.

“The Albia office will be our third Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland office, and our second in Iowa. The Albia area is a great fit for the services we provide, and we are very excited about the possibilities this area offers,” said Boley. “Not only does the area offer high quality agricultural ground that is at an all-time high, but anyone that hunts whitetails knows that this area of Iowa produces some world-class whitetails. The land market in Iowa has remained very strong due to the increased commodity prices over the past few years. Recreational property did take a hit a few years ago, but we can see the demand rising, with properties bringing very good prices on the top end recreational land market.”

Boley said the Mossy Oak Properties brand has made a huge impact on their business, which allows them to better serve their clients. “Our family has been in the real estate business for over 25 years, and been part of the Mossy Oak Properties network for 2 years now. It is truly amazing what being a part of the Mossy Oak Properties network has done to our real estate business since coming on board. Prior to joining the Mossy Oak Properties network, we were just a local real estate company with limited reach in marketing our properties. The marketing power afforded through the national exposure, brand recognition, and being a part of the most trusted name in the outdoor industry is truly something no one else in Iowa can offer.”

Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland President, Brian Smith, was ecstatic about the new office, stating: “As a developer for Mossy Oak Properties it is paramount to find the right partners to grow the brand. Nick has a very good understanding of the brand and the power of it when leveraged properly, as he has shown with his first two Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland offices in Keosauqua, IA and Memphis, MO. We are very pleased to be opening his third office in Albia, IA, and feel his group will make an immediate impact in the southern Iowa market.”
