“Sportsman Channel is very proud to announce Brotherhood Outdoors as the Best Combination Show,” said Greg Trager, Vice President Programming at Sportsman Channel. “This was a very competitive category with many deserving shows. The fan’s voice of the American sportsman has clearly been heard.”

Hosted by noted outdoorsman Tom Ackerman and produced by Warm Springs Productions, Brotherhood Outdoors is a unique outdoor TV series that pairs union worker’s commitment to their communities with their love for the great outdoors. These deserving, blue-collar characters are rewarded with a guided hunting or fishing trip in North America or the opportunity to show off their skills by taking host Tom Ackerman to their own honey holes.

Currently in its second season, Brotherhood Outdoors airs at 8 p.m. E/P every Thursday. Boasting eight, all-new, adrenaline-pumping episodes, you won’t want to miss America’s conservation and community heroes as they pursue some of North America’s finest fish and game, including California hog, Alberta moose, Indiana trout, Montana deer and more.

Brotherhood Outdoors is made possible through the generous support of corporate sponsors like Buck Knives and Burris/Steiner, as well as seven international unions and contractors including the Electrical Workers, Machinists, Sheet Metal Workers, Plumbers and Pipefitters, Painters, Boilermakers, Bricklayers, Electrical Contractors and Mechanical Contractors.
