I was very excited about putting up my first moultrie game management system using the I45, however once up and running I am now very disappointed in the quality of pics at both low and medium resolution. So unless you are willing to go with the most expensive high resolution pics you might be wasting a lot of money.  I started on low resolution but could not even read the date and time stamp at the bottom of pic. So bumped up to higher $39/month plan to be able to view the same amount of medium resolution pics. This was somewhat better but you cannot even make out horns on bucks even zooming in.  So to say the least, I am very disappointed and hope they come down in price or improve pic quality. I have never posted a bad review before but think people should know since this is not a cheap product and times are tough.

I was very excitied about this camera, with with the $99.00 package. So guess what, it is not working again. I have make 3 trips o 600 miles round trip to work on it. So now this time they want me to upload new software in the camera. Like so many people have a laptop and air card in the middle of nowhere. They should be able to fix this at there server, they can see it has pictures but will not post to the website. They have one lady that takes all the calls on this system and she is over run. Plus when you can only go on the weekends, no one manning the phones at Moultrie. So you have to wait till Monday to talk to someone. I would not buy this camera again, but now I am stuck with it becase the 30 days have passed trying to get it to work. If you are going to use it make sure you are within just a few miles of where you hunt and have internet on site. I would wait to buy this till they have it all worked out. Great idea gone bad, at least they should have someone on the weekends taking calls.

I have this system and I agree that the pics at low resolution are poor.  The medium are much better and you do not get a perfect view of the antlers, but you can tell what kind of buck you have.  Once I resolved the power issue, I really like this product.  The Moultrie solar/battery combo battery is really too weak for any period of time.  I rigged up a system where I am using a regular 12 volt deer feeder battery and it is working like a charm!  I check it every morning to see what came in.
I would recommend this only if you bump up the power.
